CSM graduate and designer Dingyun Zhang collaborates with adidas for the very first time putting his futuristic and fluid spin on the Samba. Exaggerated proportions and a padded build make up the silhouette nodding to Zhang’s design language. ‘Core Black’ wraps the shoe with patent leather uppers adjoined by seamless 3-Stripes at the laterals. Suede is the material of choice for the mudguard, heel tab and T-toe while tongues sign off the design with co-branded accents. | IE3176
